What’s Going on at Mangoes and Chutney?
I am looking forward to what is coming at my little ole blog! For one thing, I have gone on way to long just posting random recipes and whatever I want. I didn’t want it to start off this way and I have gotten off track.
*Hand smack*
I am getting back on track and honing in on my ‘POV’ (point of view). What is it? You can read more details about me on my About Page and that will give you an idea of what I want to accomplish. The short of it is that I want to focus more on my:
Road Town, Tortola
and my Southern Transplantation (is that even a word?)
Olympic Park, Atlanta Georgia {photo credit}
What does that even mean?
When you visit, you’ll know exactly what you will see. Southern food and drinks, Caribbean food and drinks, and sometimes a fusion of the two.
There you have it! Hope you enjoy my new focused point of view – but if I throw in something I just have to share every once in a while, I hope you don’t ream me like Bob Tuschman as if I were trying to be The Next Food Network Star.

Isn’t it nice to be true to YOURSELF? I returned to that path this past year and am enjoying my blog more and more as a result of it! Be well and stop by again sometime when you can. Hugs, Roz
Roz – so nice to see you again! Yes, it feels amazing and I am really enjoying having more focused goals. It really makes me concentrate on the types of food I want to cook and experiment with. I think it will also lead to less burnout and confusion on my part. I also cleaned out my RSS reader a few weeks ago so I will have to make sure you are still there because I heart your blog! Thanks for stopping by!
I had the same problem with my own blog when I started out, so I can sympathize! Good luck with your Caribbean Southern adventures.
