My New Favorite Salad – A Ridiculously Easy Taboule Pasta Salad

Taboule Salad

We all like easy. I’m no different. If that’s the case for you, then you will love this recipe.

I picked up some Taboule this weekend. Wasn’t sure what I was going to use it for – other than chip dip – it was an impulse buy.

When I decided to make a pasta salad for my husband’s lunch (yes, I now make his lunch), I thought instead of making it completely from scratch, I would toss my pasta with some ready made taboule.

May I say – genius!

Not only was it super easy, it was super delicious. Pack this up in your next picnic.

Of course, if you like a little extra work, you can always whip up your own taboule. I assume it’s not that hard.

Kitchen Notes:

  • Season your pasta well when cooking (i.e. make sure your water is properly salted)
  • Add more taboule depending on how much dressing you like on your salad.
