I have only tried a few brands, but I like the “extra firm” for frying. Also, I don’t know if you have a Sprouts Market in your area, but their house brand is very good. It will take on the flavor of however you want to cook it, so you can’t go wrong with most of the organic brands. Just make sure you get the correct firmness for your recipe. Good luck!

YUMMMMM and I love the tofu substitution. Do you have a preferred brand of tofu? I’ve wanted to get into eating it more but haven taken the plunge yet
