Fat Camp Friday # 47 and a Fat Camp Question

September 30, 2011

Our featured recipe last week was Chocolate Covered Pumpkin Twinkies from Inside BruCrew Life.

Will you be next?

Let’s try something different this week. How about a Fat Camp Question of the week?

*There are more and more findings about the dangers of artificial ingredients in our foods – things like Splenda and meat glue. What do you think about these things and are you moving towards a more natural diet?* Feel free to weigh-in on the meat glue thread in the forums.

I don’t eat any artificial sweeteners.   I don’t like the taste, but I prefer just eating the real stuff in moderation.

    Those twinkies love AWESOME!!!
